Q.   When I clicked over to the store’s site the shoes were out of stock. What gives?
A.   Our site is updated with new product availability information each day, while many of our retailers’ sites are updated in real time. It is possible for a shoe to sell out in between our site updates and incorrect information to be displayed. Along those same lines, retailers' prices may change more often than it is possible for us to update our database, so it might be worth your while to check a few of the links before completing your purchase.

Q.   How do you choose the online stores featured on your site?
A.   We’ve selected the most-trusted names in the online footwear industry. In return for placement on our site, these stores pay us a commission when you make a purchase.

Q.   How do I get the discount included in my InsiderPrice®?
A.   Be sure to make a note of the coupon code on the price comparison page. Then, when you’re making your purchase at the retailer’s site, enter that same code in the coupon/promotional code box. To report an expired code, please email service@shoesniper.com.

A.   For questions about product returns, please contact the store you bought the shoes from.

Q.   I think your price is wrong.
A.   It very well may be, and for that we're sorry. While we make every effort to keep our catalog up-to-date, once in a while one of our 300,000 pairs of shoes may slip through the cracks. Please email service@shoesniper.com to report any pricing errors and we will make the correction immediately.

Q.   Do you ship internationally?
A.   Many of our partner stores do ship internationally. It is best to find the shoes you are looking for first, and then see which stores selling those will ship to your country. Shipping charges can vary greatly between stores, so it makes sense to check multiple retailers before ordering.

Q.   Is there a customer service phone number I can call?
A.   At this time, we don’t have the resources to offer phone support. The good news is we typically are very prompt in replying to emails (service@shoesniper.com), and all our partner stores offer toll-free phone support. In the future, we will consider adding live chat and phone support to better serve our customers.

Q.   What about sales tax?
A.   Our partner stores collect sales tax in the states where they have a “physical presence,” usually an office, a store, or a warehouse. However, for full disclosure, if you live in a state with a sales tax law and buy shoes from an out-of-state store that doesn’t collect the tax, you may be required to report that purchase on your tax return and pay a “use tax.”
